There are sensations, there are feelings,
There is sunshine and rain.
There is happiness, there is sadness,
There is pleasure and pain.
There is no clinging, no grasps,
It comes, it stays, it goes.
There is no attachment to feelings,
The mind observes the flow.
There is death, there is birth,
Feelings of joy and sorrow.
But where there is no clinging,
Sufferings do not follow.
